Moss is free, open-source software. These terms are short on purpose.

The software

Moss is released under the GPL-3.0-only licence, which governs how you may use, change and share it. It comes with no warranty. You run it, and the servers it manages, at your own risk.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the machines you run Moss on, for who you invite, and for the plugins and mods you install. Game servers and their plugins run as the same operating-system user as Moss.
• Minecraft servers require acceptance of the Minecraft EULA. Moss records that acceptance, but the agreement is between you and Mojang.
• Keep your own backups, and put a TLS reverse proxy in front of Moss before exposing it to the internet.
